Q. What is MyHockeyWarehouse.com?
A. MyHockeyWarehouse.com is a service that allows YOU the public to purchase hockey equipment, accessories and apparel at cost! Q. Who can become a member?
A. Any member of the general public, or any sports team, Hockey, Lacrosse, Ringette etc.
Retail stores cannot purchase a membership.
Q. Do you have to buy items in volume to save?
A. No. Unlike with other store memberships, you can purchase one single item and save money.
Q. If MyHockeyWarehouse.com sells at cost how does it make money?
A. Simple. MyHockeyWarehouse.com's membership sales across Canada, the U.S. and Europe is our sole source of income. We are forecasting over 10,000 individual memberships to be sold for the 2008-2009 hockey season.
Q. What is the cost for this "service"?
A.An annual Individual/family Membership is $45.
A Team Membership up to but not including Junior C is $450 and that covers up to 17 players and all registered coaches on the team. For teams from Junior C to the Major Junior A level a MHW Membership
costs $750.00 and this covers up to 25 players and all registered coaches
on the team.
The duration of all team memberships is to be agreed upon by the team purchasing the membership and MHW. Under a team membership
teams may purchase single items and equipment, sticks etc in bulk for their players. Also individual players on said teams may purchase at MHW equivalent to an individual membership.
Q. How can I buy a membership?
A. You can buy your membership in person at our Hamilton showroom at 1362 Main Street East or via Paypal on our secured website at www.myhockeywarehouse.com
Q. Is my membership guaranteed?
A. Yes. Each membership be it an Individual or Team is insured by a Bond company that ensures a full refund in the event of bankruptcy or closure. (see Terms and Conditions)
Q. Are there limits to my membership?
A. Yes. If you purchase an Individual membership you cannot purchase for a team. (ie) You would not be able to purchase 17 hockey bags for your team with an Individual membership. Purchases will be monitored to ensure that purchases are made only for immediate family. This is done to protect both the member and the service.
